Verbo Group achieves 50% growth in material recycling!

To produce our rolls of stucloper, we use polyethylene (PE) for the coating. We obtain some of this from our own sources within the Verbo Group, from IPT Recycling, and some we purchase from external sources.

With a new year, one can look back at the previous year's results. We are pleased to report that we were able to achieve a 50% increase in the use of PE-regranulate from IPT Recycling in 2024 compared to 2023.

With this, we have achieved one of our sustainability targets of sourcing less externally, and using more our strength as Verbo Group to produce more and more circularly.

This target has been fixed in our Professional Waste Solution. Our strategy is focused on waste prevention and minimisation. Recycling of materials is one of the main focal points in this. Read more about it on our page, and in previous posts in this news blog.

For 2025, we aim to achieve similar growth. On to 100%!
