PRODUCTION MANAGER
IPT RECYCLING
Are you a driven Production Manager, Production Team Leader or Process Coordinator who gets energy from a smoothly running production environment?
At IPT Recycling in Tilburg, as a Production Manager, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in an innovative recycling environment where safety, quality and sustainability are central. With your technical insight and leadership qualities, you ensure that our production processes run optimally, safely and efficiently.
What are you going to do?

You will organize and coordinate the entire production process, with the aim of high output and maximum machine efficiency.

You manage the production team on a daily basis and provide clear instructions, structure and motivation on the shop floor.

You monitor the quality of production and implement a Zero Defects mentality within the team.

You identify disruptions in the recycling process and independently make the right decisions to solve them.

You manage and optimize machine maintenance programs.

You are actively involved in improvement projects and contribute to the development of new processes and techniques.

You contribute to the purchase and sale of plastics and maintain contacts with suppliers and customers.

You ensure a pleasant working atmosphere and a safe, organized production environment.

You take over work in the absence of the Manager.

Who are you?

You are an experienced and structured professional with a background in manufacturing, preferably in the plastics or recycling industry.

You have an MBO/HBO working and thinking level.

You have at least one year of managerial experience in a production environment.

You communicate clearly and stand firm, both towards colleagues and external parties.

You are technically skilled, think in terms of solutions and have an eye for process improvement.

You have command of the Dutch and English language.
